Tejasvi Gupta is the Founder and Legal Advisor of Tsquare Capital Solutions LLP, bringing together legal expertise, strategic thinking, and public affairs insight to address complex commercial and distressed-asset situations.

An Advocate by training, Tejasvi is an alumnus of Jindal Global Law School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Delhi. His academic foundation enables him to approach legal and commercial challenges with both technical precision and a broader policy-oriented perspective.

Tejasvi has hands-on experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters, commercial litigation, and arbitration proceedings, advising stakeholders across dispute resolution, restructuring, and enforcement stages. His practice is strengthened by a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and transactional risk.

In addition to legal practice, he has strong exposure to public affairs and stakeholder engagement, advising on regulatory strategy, policy positioning, and government interface. At Tsquare Solutions, Tejasvi leads the firm’s legal and strategic direction, ensuring that every mandate is handled with clarity, commercial pragmatism, and outcome-focused execution.
